our journey in creating positive change through ABA is taking a step forward as we announce our expansion to raleigh-durham.

At Applied Behavior Associates, we believe that true inclusion requires action, education, and commitment. The Autism Inclusion Collaborative is our flagship initiative designed to help businesses, organizations, and employers foster inclusive environments for individuals with autism.

Under this collaborative, we provide resources, training, and certification to businesses and organizations that wish to make their spaces and workplaces more accessible to neurodiverse individuals.

How It Works:
  1. Businesses & organizations enroll to learn how to create inclusive spaces or workplaces.
  2. They complete an Autism-Friendly Training Course to gain practical strategies for supporting individuals with autism.
  3. They receive recognition as an Autism-Friendly Space or Autism-Friendly Workplace and are added to our directory.
  4. Community members access the directory to find welcoming spaces and employment opportunities.

The Autism Inclusion Collaborative equips businesses and organizations with the tools to foster truly inclusive spaces for individuals with autism.
